Depending on screen settings and resolution of the device you use, there can be little variation in wood polish and fabric color of the picture and actual product.
In solid wood furniture, wood grains varies from product to product.
Furniture with hand-painted intricate details are unique pieces and may have slight variance and distinctions between the actual product and image.
In the manufacturing of the product, the Primary material is the main material used and in addition to the this material there can also be other type of materials used.
In sofa Cousion joints or partition may very as per size. Eg If the sofa Size is 12Rft then it will have 3 partition in pattern & if size is 15rft then it may have 4 partition

This product does come with 18 Months warranty which full fills inherent termites, manufacturing defects and borer issues.
The warranty does apply to the frame, mechanisms, if any, for upholstered products.
This limited warranty doesn’t apply to the following:
Normal wear and tear caused to the item due to prolonged use
Cracks developed during the displacement of the item.
Damages, small cuts, or scratches due to impacts/accidents or wrong cleaning methods
Damage caused by the customer to the product due to incorrect assembly/installation.
Wood decaying caused by consistent exposure to water.
Direct exposure to sunlight causes Fading.
Use of harsh chemicals or Non-standard dry-cleaning procedures.
Unevenness of up to 25 mm is accepted widely because of differences in floor and surface levels, as per the industry standards which isn’t covered in warranty.
Manufacturing defects are recognized as collapsing of cushions, namely if your seat or back cushions sink in and do not spring back.
Normal wear or normal usage isn’t covered under warranty. With regular usage all the cushions softhens and abides to the shape of the user with time.
Fibre-filled armrests and backs will flatten with regular usage.
There isn’t warranty on the upholstery except on the luxury range of fabrics
Between the images here and the actual product, there can often be a slight difference in wood finish and fabric color which happens due to the difference in screen calibrations and resolutions across different displays
Our delivery teams and support will be in touch with you for a inconvenience-free delivery.
An extra visiting charge will be applicable for the second attempt to the customer who misses the delivery.
Our delivery partner shall do the delivery to the ground floor of the apartment only, In absence of a service lift. In such cases, extra charges will be applicable per floor on delivery to the customer’s floor (on request).
Extra charges applicable for time-specific or weekend delivery.
Your product(s) are going to be held for 10 days at the closest delivery hub if you’ve not received the delivery. After this, Shiva Designing Studio shall be free to charge or cancel the order.
On Delivery: For a hassel-free installation process, you are going to be coordinated by our support and delivery team
To ensure a zero-damage and hassle-free experience, delivery arrangements have been designed to your home by Shiva Designing Studio. If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately, bring it in the notice of delivery personnel immediately at the time of delivery and report a complaint at customer care at [email protected] OR [email protected] Damage & defect will be assessed in 72 hours’, and a solution will be provided. If in the opinion of Shiva Designing Studio, the product is broken, it may be returned/replaced, or any other corrective measure may be taken, as deemed appropriate by Shiva Designing Studio, to address the issue. Upon delivery, your item may require installation assistance or may not require installation assistance, depending upon the delivery condition.
If The Delivery Condition Is:
Self / Pre-assembled – no installation is required. Fully-assembled and ready to use product will be delivered.
Knocked-down – expert assistance is required, To carry out proper installation and assembly for the delivered product, Shiva Designing Studio will be providing carpenters.
Basic assembly/DIY(Do it yourself) – The product does require minimal assembly/installation , the customer itself can do it using simple tools and assembly instructions provided. For which the customer will not require any expert assistance.
RETURNS AND CANCLLATIONS
CANCELLING AN ORDER OR PART OF AN ORDER
If the customer changes the mind after placing an order, can cancel the order (or part of the order) within 03 (Three) days of the order confirmation
While processing the refund on the amount paid by the customer, a cancellation fee of 5% will be applied, only till 3 days of confirming Order.
If there is shortage of any product or material Then, we shiva designing studio has full rights to cancel the order. In this case we will Refund the amount within 15 working days with your confirmation.
RETURNING AN ITEM
WHAT’S ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN?
Return requests raised shall be accepted within one day of assembly or delivery (whichever is later). Return requests raised after 01 (One) day, but within 04 (Four) days, will be accepted under the following reasons:
If you(customer) are being delivered by a product which is in damaged condition.
Customers can do choose not to return the product In the case of minor damages (like chip-off/peel-off/scratch , torn stitches on carpets or upholstery) and instead the customer can request a carpenter service from ShivaDesigningStudio.com to fix the damage.
If you are delivered with a defective product. A fault in manufacturing results in unfortunate defect, which hampers the intended use of the product (for e.g. imbalance, wooden joints opening etc). Please note that natural characteristics of the material used in the product, like appearance or texture (especially for solid wood products) are not defects.
Difference – If you are delivered with a product which is different (in colour, shape or dimension ) from the product image on our website.
Missing – If you are delivered with a product which is incomplete or has any components missing.
After Deducting 5 % a refund will be initiated in case of cancellation of Product Order or within 3 Days of placing the order. Post the 3 Days window, as a restocking fee 25% of the order value will be charged from you. After 8 Days of order or Post-delivery/installation (as applicable), 100% of the order value will be charged from you on cancellation. As all the Products are manufactured as per Order.

In such a situation, we’ll not be be ready to accept return or cancellation requests. No assembly is required in Certain items and may be used as-is. Please check the item details for this. The carpenter visits are going to be scheduled, wherever we assist with assembly.
